I failed WLC. I had serious issues going on and now my NCO's don't seem to ask or care that I am seeking help. All they say is if I don't finish WLC by November. I'll lose my E5. Last I knew. I wouldn't lose it. WLC is required for E6. I need to find the reg so I can go to them and if I am right. They can stop hounding me. I eventually want to go but not until I am on a better road to recovery. I just started to be able to see a doctor and have two deployments under my belt. I'm an 88M.
I let them know I am having issues and that they were effecting me during school. I couldn't concentrate and stuff. I've fully let them know what's going on with me and was told by another E6 I will not be penalized for failing. I understand the need to pass but don't believe someone should lose their E5 because of mental disability. I don't have any bad NCOER's, negative counselings, or flags of any kind. I just think my squad leader (E6) has a chip on their shoulder. Thanks for the help. I'm going to look it up now.
