...emails either? This is confusing because on the blocking contacts details page, it tells you that "Note: Blocking a contact will block them across all of Google's network".

I've sent an email to someone who i suspect might have blocked me on chat, does that mean she didn't receive the email either? Or are the two unrelated? If so, what does the "all of Google's network" part of disclaimer mean?
