If Smokers are made to get a Licence to smoke,Does that mean Non Smokers...

...will have NO Right to complain? Think about it a minute! If I as a Heavy Smoker get a Licence to allow me To Smoke, then If You as a Non Smoker cannot stand the smell of it, that's just Your Tuff Luck! After all, I'm the one With a Licence to smoke,& I'm Not breaking any of the ridiculous anti smoking laws, so if You don't like it,that's YOUR Bad Luck. & If you get sick through "Passive Smoke", that's too bad for you too. So has the government gone too far this time?
 
Even if smokers do get a 'license to smoke', i think it would just mean that they could buy tobacco, but the 'NO SMOKING' signs in public places would still hold.Its like a driving license, just cuz you can drive doesn't mean you'll drive over footpaths.There are some rules to be followed.So I think non-smokers could still complain.
