they finished dining and horseplay turned deadly. no employee or owner was invovled, but relatives wanted to sue the business for not " forseeing" danger and not calling the authorities as result of the danger.
 
no..how is it the business fault that people got into the fight..and its outside not inside.
 
No,but the fighters who survive are responsible for any damages to the business and any other private property near by (parked cars,etc.).
They will also be responsible for the medical bills of any innocent bystander.
