Human DNA is 98% identical to chimpanzee DNA. Animals with LESS similar DNA have successfully produced hybrid children, like the horse and the donkey, or the lion and the tiger. The only reason its never been tried with humans is, understandably, because its incredibly unethical. But IF someone, somewhere did it and managed to create a "humanzee", would that be enough to convince creationists about evolution, and thus disprove creationism?
