force on going care.? I was court ordered to get a mental evaluation as part of my probation. This was done with in a timely manner, 15 months later with no violations my probation officer tells me I have not been following through with the Dr. recommendations which were5-8 more visits could be use full to me. No prior notice was given to me written or verbal and its a self pay appointment which I cant afford or want at this time. I was told It still has to get done and i can be violated If not completed in a few months time. What happened to the right to refuse medical care?
