why did he earmark stimulus funds to repair our roads and bridges, but not to construct mass transit systems that would encourage people to not drive cars?
I just visited new York. people use mass transit there. We don't have that in my city or I would use it. here, if you take a bus, you have to walk 10 blocks to the next bus stop and wait 30 minutes to catch the next.
