It is the conditions under which the racers drive that makes it a sport. If for some reason, you are driving on extreme banking inside a 140 degree car- and it takes you hours to get there- then, sure to your first question. As for hunting, I would not call that a sport 99% of the time. If you have someone who is not riding the four-wheeler all over and hiking pretty far, it would at least qualify as good exercise, though. Shooting someone makes you a thug, not an athlete. But keep in mind that even while you are asleep, a small number of calories (not sure the exact number) are being burnt.
