We want our reproduction organs and all transplanted. He is 20 and I am 22 would it be morally ethical. We would probably make some money selling our story. Thanks.
 
I don't think men who want sex changes have vaginas donated to them. The surgeon usually just cuts that area up so that aesthetically it looks like a vagina.

As for women who want sex changes, they take some skin from your leg and roll it up and put it there so it looks like a penis.

People don't donate sexual organs, as far as I know.
 
Well...maybe. It wouldn't be an easy operation and it depends on a number of things. You might not even be the same blood type.

You need to discuss this with a doctor if you are serious.

well this is an interesting choice........ I dont think this can work due to the fact that you have no idea how sex changes work. You dont donate "parts"for it...... at least I dont think so
 
I don't find anything morally unethical about it. If you both want to do it, and agree, then by all means, go for it, and best wishes.

That said, I am not sure how sex changes work, medically speaking. Though I assume that having the same blood type makes things easier. The thing to do will be to locate a doctor who specializes in sex changes and seek his opinion.

Chances are however your choice will be flamed by those who find it morally wrong, or sinful. But if it is what makes you happy, then the opinions of angry strangers should not sway your decision.

Be who you are, for you and those you love, not for the approval of society.
 
sex changes don't work that way... they use the parts you have to make you a pseudo penis or vagina, they don't transplant, so you and your brother can both have sex changes, they just wont be a related procedure
