If my sibling claims me on their tax return will that affect my financial aid?

My older sibling wants to claim me on their 2009 tax return and I am unsure if this will affect my financial aid for next year. On the FASFA form would I have to include my sibling's tax return or just my parents? Would I have to provide the tax return that I am claimed on? My sibling is not my legal guardian but provides support for my family. My father was unemployed and my mother has worked only three months in the 2009 fiscal year. Thanks for any insight you may have.

Your older sibling CANNOT claim you on their taxes for 2009 unless they are LEGALLY your adopted parent.

You need to provide YOUR and YOUR PARENTS' tax info for the 2010-2011 (if you going to school anytime between Summer 2010, Fall 2010 or Spring 2011) on the FAFSA at FAFSA.ED.GOV
