If my school offered financial aid rewards is it possible to receive more?

I have an EFC of 02040....They offered me subsidized loan ($3300) and and an unsubsidized loan of $2000...totaling $5300!! is that that the only aid i will receive?? my tuition is nearly $8,000 a year how will i pay for the rest!! Is it possible for me to receive a pell grant? school doesn't start until mid august.
 
Have you consider to apply for scholarship? In many cases student could have more than one scholarship to go to school. Some friends of mine in college told me that they have valuable information regarding scholarships from this place.
