If my Jeep dont over heat but there's anti freeze going in the oil, what i sthe problem?

My jeep seems to be losing anti freeze but I look for leaks but there's no leak, , how ever I do see anti freeze in the oil, what is the problem, I replased a head gasket and it is doing the same thing.. Any one can help me ?
