If my forum preffers [img] codes, then how do I turn HTML into [img] code?

Cool Text.com only wants to give HTML but I need an
 
is BBcode, if you're talking about putting in a picture but only using HTML then you would use this;

<img src="PictureLinkHere" alt="Text you'd use if user can't see the picture, if they allow it" />

I totally misread that, if they're only allowing HTML, then you can't use BBcode, at all.
