If my CBC, Stool Culture & Urinalysis comes back negative. Does it mean I have

no infection? I know something is wrong with my lower abdomen, Just don't know what it is?
Bloating sometimes, Flu like feeling, but no Diarrhea or constipation at all. Which rules out alot of IBS or UC. My doctor is also stumped. So I have turned to Yahoo answers.LOL
 
No that doesn't mean you don't have an infection. I would encourage your doctor to keep testing. It might something so simple that he is just not checking for. OR it might be something off the show Mystery Diagnosis. I would keep pushing!
