If my body temp is normally 97.3 and now it is 99.2 is that considered a fever since it is still an elevation?

I have been sweating and I have no voice, a runny nose, a cough and sneezing. It actually feels like bronchitis. I haven't had that in a long time. But my kids haven't been sick in a long time and my son was just sick. (he had kids in his class that went to school sick). Me and my son are both asthmatic so it hits us a bit harder. ugh. Anyway, I can't tell if thats a fever. If so, how do i know if I need to go to the doctor?

98.6 is just an average. you can go a little above or below, no big deal. Should you go over 101, talk to a doctor asap, no emergency room run though. Higher than that go to the ER.
