If my Bell mobility contract has already expired, do i need to pay any fees to cancel?

Once your contract expires you are simply going month to month with your wireless provider and you can cancel at any time after that without having to pay an early termination fee. If you were in a contract with your company and you cancelled your service, you would at that point have to pay an early termination fee.
 
Hi,

I've been with Bell since September 2007 and my contract expired September 2009 but they've still given me service without me renewing my contract. Now I want to switch providers and get on my own plan because my guardians started this phone for me and now I'm 18 and I want my own. Am I going to have to pay any fees or anything to cancel?
I also live in AB, Canada if that makes any difference
