If maintained how many miles can you get out of a ford Van?

not sure what year but the van im thinking of buying has minimal to no rust and a nice inside. They say it runs smooth at 250,000 miles and that other than a tune up and oil change nothing is wrong. I've offered $350 on this but they want $550. So i just wondered, i know every vehicle and situation is different but on average how many miles will a ford van go for? Sorry i dont have the specific make of the van but im looking for i suppose a "guestimation" from someone who knows. Also what are some typical "major" repairs to look forward to with a van with so many miles and how mileage affects a vehicle. Thanks
 
wel live drove a few with over 400,000 but thats not what you need to know now when your buying used

type into search box how to get used car wil get you a check list to follow wil help you look for problems an dits not so much the miles but as what shape one is in and im guessing if the price 550 your not looking at much of a car and most likely going to be working on it more than driving it but stil go get a check list that would help you decide finding anything on list dont get it
