Would the mother be notified that i joined the military? If so would she automatically get more money? Or would the exsisting terms stay the same.

Hey i wanted it to work between me and her and our child but she is insane and would rather live with her mom while going out and doing drugs.
Unfortunatly most states give the mother custody so im the one being screwed here. I love my child but she makes it impossible for me to be a dad.
