...can i be allowed to switch phones? I purchased the voyager in 2008 during my time to upgrade, and the phone was very glitchy and problematic. After several, 7 replacement voyagers, in like july or possibly august 09 i was given the Alias 2 as a replacement. However, this phone has also been glitchy, as it will auto power off and power back on and call random numbers/ people in my phone when no one touched the phone. So i am now wondering if i am able to go to the store and request another replacement or be upgraded at a discounted rate?
If I'm not due for an upgrade with Verizon & my phone is having tech issues...
