if i'm eating alot!???

okay, i think i eat a lot...i eat up to my calories but i don't know....im paranoid i'm eating too much. i eat a lot of low calorie foods like popcorn and veggies and fruits amd low cal sugar free foods. is that bad? should i be eating less, and higher calorie foods? whats the best? and how many calories should i be eating a day to at least maintain? even loose weight?
i'm 5 4"
I fluctuate from 128 to 130 all the time.
i'm pretty active. I dance 2 to 3 hours a week and i play basketball for 2 hours a day.
i don't know what to do...i feel so....empty...i'm not sure. any advice or information would help! :) Thanks!
