(Fore example: Chicken House, Random House, Shadow Mountain, etc...)
 
If you're serious about this, you really need to get yourself a copy of The Writer's Market - it will break down all the different publishing houses for you and identify what types of work each house publishes and how many of them take on new authors (because not all of them do).

It's really helpful!
