If I were to sell my Xbox360 Arcade + More how much could I get?

I'm actually wanting to get rid of this Xbox and buy the new black Slim with built in wifi + the hard drive is 250Gigs. Reason why I want it is because the network adapter costs $100 so I said why dont I just upgrade my harddrive and plus get the built-in adapter. Also if anyone could tell me how I could keep my memory? (more importantly how much it's worth)
Here is all the stuff I have to sell with it...

~ The Xbox360 Console
~ The wires to turn it on (you know)
~ 20Gig Hard drive
~ 2 White Wireless Xbox360 Controllers (I also still have the battery packs)
~ Headset
~ Bully (scholarship addition) - Game
~ Overlord - Game
~ Lost Oddysey - Game

i think u should be able to sell it for around 175 - 200 bucks coz u can now get a new xbox elite for 250. just because u have all the extras, the price in ur case would be higher :)
