If I were to overdose, is there a way I could speak to a doctor anonymously?

DO NOT get on me for being stupid. I am well aware that this was not a good decision.

I'm studying for two exams and took a lot more of my ADHD medication, Vyvanse, than prescribed, but nowhere near the fatal amount, which is a gram. My dosage is 70mg, I've taken about 200mg. This is not an uncommon dose for people who abuse Vyvanse, I've read reports of people taking up to 500mg of this medication. Regardless, I just took my temperature because I'm feeling hot and it was above normal - 99.2. Fever is a symptom of overdose. I normally have a very low body temperature, so this worries me a bit.

The thing is, I feel absolutely fine other than that. I'm not shaky, my heart isn't pounding, no nausea, I'm not even anxious/irritable. But just in case this turns into an overdose, how would I be able to speak to a doctor? It's almost four in the morning where I live, so I wouldn't be able to call my psychiatrist.

Thank you, and again, do *not* tell me how stupid I am. I'm aware.
