If I wear a 00 reg. or short in AE and Aeropostale what size would I be...

...in Abercrombie Kids? So today I am ordering online from abercrombie kids only because I can fit into their sizes. I am a size 00 in American Eagle and Aeropostale jeans either a reg. or short. I need help finding out what size I would be in Abercrombie kids WITHOUT the size chart.
Also what is the difference between slims and just normal sizes?

my guess would be like a 14, maybe 16. I wear between a 0 and a 2 at AE/Aero and a 16 is too small for me

slims are tighter on the legs. You would probably be like a 12 or 14 in kids sizes.

I would guess a 16. I'm not sure how tall you are so that would also be a factor but many people think they'd fit into smaller sizes but end up getting bigger sizes.

Slims are slimmer at the waist and thighs.

I would suggest Maddy's if you're looking for skinny jeans because the super skinnys (Landons) might be too small. If you're looking for boot cut those would be Haley's and "Flares" are Mackenzies.
