...full the next month and was then? given a conditional discharge and no more probation what does that mean? Do I have to wait five years to honestly say no on job application or can I do it now and it not show up on background checks? Please and Thank You?
Thanks guys. the charges were for welfare fraud in New York. And I didnt have a chance to start probation because I paid the restitution off so quickly, and it was then at that point that I was given the conditional discharge. I was looking over some answers here stating that this would all go away except for certain employers and in police systems. This all happened back in 2008. I'm just trying to get some advice because I just finished my bachlors degree in health admin. in Dec of 2009 and wonder if it was a waste if I can't work inthe medical field. Also at the time I was 25. Again Please and Thank You
