If i was discharged from the military and had the GI-Bill but i can't get it how do I

go about getting it.? I have an OTH but it wasn't a dishonorable and I apply for my GI-Bill why can't i get it. Isn't there a way to up grade my statis and use my GI-Bill for school this Spring.
