...bad mouth the company online? I have been really upset about a recent firing and for some reason, the feeling that if I just put everything out there, online, that I have ever wanted to say about the company (and certain people that work there) for anyone to see, that I will feel better or relieved of the heavy weight I have. Mostly, I just feel so wronged that I need to shout it from the 'proverbial' rooftops just so that I feel justified.
However, I signed a non-disclosure agreement that said I wouldn't do things to hurt the company, but does that mean I can't relieve myself of these thoughts by sharing them with 200 or so of my closest friends online? Can I be sued? I am already fired, and based on the agreement I signed they have to give me either no recommendation or a positive recommendation or I can sue them. What should I do?
