If I want to study economics, do I go to a business school?

What are the main fundamental differences between studying business and economics? Are they that different (except maybe business is more at a local level and econ a at a national/international)?

I want to study that and another language to maybe do international business. I know 3 languages now and I'm studying German.

What would be good business schools vs schools that teach economics?
