If I want to enroll in a University as a Transfer student, should I enroll 2 years...

...in college or study abroad? I have 3 choices:

1. San Diego State University
2. A Community College in California (I would have to be there for 2 years)
3. Tecnologico de Monterrey (The best private school in Mexico)

So Tec de Monterrey is better than SDSU and spending 2 years of my life in college is not an attractive decision for me, but the thing is that I don't know if there are more possibilities of getting admitted if I come from an American University or from a better one but that is located in a different country.

go to the CC in california. enroll in the TAP program, they double your chances of getting into a 4 year of your choice. over 80% to the UC system. There is nothing wrong with CSSD but why settle for a second rate school when a little work will get you a primo 4 year degree.
 
Go straight into Uni, because you don't know if all the credits will transfer. I was set back a 50 hours because of transfer issues from a CC, and not all foreign schools,even better ones, transfer credit equally.
