If I walk/jog for 1 - 1.3 miles everyday on the treadmill, will it have a real effect?

If I don't change my diet at all, will doing the 20 minutes make a difference? I don't eat that bad, I'm pretty balanced with good and bad. I'm trying to take off the last 10 lbs of baby weight, so I started the treadmill about 2 weeks ago and do 20 minutes a day. Do I need to kick it up, or will this gradually take off the 10 lbs? what do you think?

It might not help you lose weight but it certainly will help your overall conditioning. And if that is the only exercise you do, then it SHOULD help you take the extra pouns off.

treadmills are great but what ended up working so well for me was actually walking my neighborhood for 30 minutes a evening i was 225 i am now a healthy140 this did take about a year but u only wanna shed ten lbs just up ur tread walk to 30 or 40 minutes an u will see the lbs just melting away or u could hit the street like i did it works faster than a tread mill but as long as you keep consistent and don't over enduldge too often ur body will give in i promise u it will! GOOD LUCK! stay away from soda that will make a huge difference too
