I decided to stop eating animals, trying to help the environment, but I don't know how can I achieve that. Many philosophies say that vegetarianism is "environmentally-friendly" but I don't know, I'm used to eat fish, chicken and cow but I decided to go vegetarian to help the environment, is this true?

It's called BEEF. We don't call food "cow." Just cut out the pork and beef and the earth says you're good. Eat organic meats.
