a local business license? If I trademark my company name(URL)...will that prevent others from getting a local business license in the state, with the same or a similar name? This is for a locale based business, for example, "BostonHarborSailingTours.com". I want to make sure others can't register the name in another county of the state. Maybe I need to register the name in each county to keep it safe?
