If I tested positive on a pregnancy test, could I have conceived 11 days before?

Im pregnant, and 11 days ago, my fiance and I split, I had sex with someone else, but now my fiance and I are back together. I would be more than happy if this baby is his. But I need to know if it is possible I would test positive after conceiving only 11 days ago.
 
not necessarily there could be a possibility that it could be from the other guy not your fiance you cant really tell the right date until you get the 3rd ultrasound at least that is what my doctor said for my due date
i kept getting different dates for every ultrasound i had 4 so far and i know you get another one close to the due date but i got it for august 20 my calculations guided me to august 31 but ultrasound says something else so that s why i think it that way
isn't there a way to have a dna test at a certain time your pregnant
i have heard about that
