If i tag a friend in a photo can her friends see it?

My privacy settings are really high and you can only see my photos if you are my friend
I've tagged my friends in some pics. Can their friends see that photo even if they are not my friend
Eg. I tag Lia, Can Lias friends see the pic even though im not friends with her friends?

On facebook btw
