Actually starving yourself is the worst possible thing you can do to lose weight. If you start starving yourself, your body goes into survival mode and tries even harder to retain and store all the fat your body has, in order to save itself. It's best just to keep eating but eat better and healthier.
Some things you can do to help your diet is to cut out all junk food and replace them with healthy snacks, such as veggies with low fat ranch sauce, yogurt and rasberries, nuts and granola ect. During your meal times eat smaller portions and make sure to eat more veggies and fruit than you do pasta, bread or other wheat products.
Also to help lose weight and become healthier it is good to add some excersise to your daily life. Go for 20-30 minute walks with the dog around the neighborhood, go on a bike ride, or even go jogging. If you really want to get a good workout then get a memebership to a local gym and sign up for some fitness classes or just use the treadmills and weights ect. Excersising will help you burn calories and build muscle so that you can burn even more calories.
