you'll get fit - build up muscular tone when I guide you through some moderate weight/resistance training, make you follow a few programmes to build up endurance (cardio) and teach you the art of muay thai ;-)
how COOL does that sound ladies n gents ???
some of you have very bad tempers - so i think its in YOUR best interests you take up my offer serously, and channel that aggression in a more productive avenue.
kickboxing is fun, its great for toning your lower body up and you can even throw punches too.
1 to 1 training will be given, I'll have 2 ohter lads with me.
when one of you gets REALLY good - we'll initiate you as a trained instructor, with all the badges !
