take to get toned? Im going to start the gym next week as i want to lose a little bit of weight but mostly want to tone up. How long will it take to tone up if i go 2-3 times a week for 2 hours each time? im not going to change my diet dramatically. Also what is the best equipment to use at the gym to tone whole body especially tummy and, bum and hips?
