If i sprinkle Vinegar on my garden will it keep the bugs away?

I've been doing research on my garden. I know of using lemon juice and soapy water, but what about vinegar to keep the bugs away? My plants are all veggies and I really don't know what type of bugs they are. I go outside and there's always new holes in the leafs of my plants. Help please!!

go buy some neem oil you mix it in spray bottle use it dailey until you dont see insects works great and you get alot of use out of one bottle and it dont harm plants and is natrual got mine at lowes
