Im almost 17 in june and im getting braces,ill have them for 2 years they say so they'll be off when im 19 or so and was thinking of ceramics but i am a heavy smoker and am wondering from experience if smoking stains the elastic bands that bad!
If i were to not eat any curry or staining juices/food, will smoking dye my elastic on my ceramic braces to the point were i cant wait 6 weeks to replace them???
