If I signed up for the SAT 1 and want to change it to a Subject Test, is there a fee?

Because I want to take the June 6th SAT.

And also when they say that May 5th is the deadline, do they mean that you have to sign up before midnigh on may 4th or before midnight on may 5th? Thanks :)
