If I see the words "NEVER FORGET" again I'll strangle the bitch writin' 'em.

Bitching about shit has never solved anything... Nor has crying about it on a forum on teh intraweb... No, it seems that those terrorists had things right, the only way to get things done, is with extreme acts of violence. I'm not talking "0h h3y d00d l3tz g0 b34t up lyke sum uhmerikans n sh*t!11"...

I'm saying, you go out and crash your car into a group of those god damn liberal fucks, get out, light your monkey ass on fire and make a statement...

Know what I'm saying? Don't get me wrong, I love america, I just hate stupidity.

I think Americans can never let go when something really bad happens to them personally. If 15 thousand die in a flood in India, it's a new blurb. When 3 thousand die in America is a national fucking deal worth killing entire countries for. Unless the 3000 die of starvation because they're poor, in that case America don't give a rats ass.

In any case forget 9/11? I want the drugs that person is smoking, it's not like every presidential election for the next 20 years wont mention in, to say the least.

I was curious, with Captain 9/11 at the helm how would we forget 9/11. How many times in your average speech does 9/11 come out of Bush's mouth? How the hell COULD you forget.

With all of the arguments we've had here, all of the arguments made on TV, in the Movies, Michael Moore spouting off, the yellow ribbons, the black star my neighbor hung when her kid died in combat, the second star she hung, the third... How would I forget the people I knew that were in the building?

All these crazy whinning shits are doing is saying "HEY! It's 9/11" And I'll admit, 9/11 was just a day for me, no moment of silence, I didn't even really think about it. But the US kind of had bigger shit to deal with at that moment than to stop and remember a day 4 years ago that we can't go back and do anything about. We're not trying to forget at all but sometimes there's only so much we can deal with. Dealing with the mess Katrina left behind took precedence this year.

Sorry lady, our bad, we were busy trying to save some people that were still alive and stuff... when we really shoud have had our priorities straight and left them to do whatever while we stood in awed silence full of innaction.

Never Forget. It has been four years hasn't it. For people who lost their family and friends telling them to deal and cope and move on is a little harsh and telling them that 3,000 lives are only worth a second of thought. Some Americans in a lot of ways, like you, are choosing not to remember because it a tuff thing to reflect back on.

No one should ever forget and it is something that needs to be passed on to our children, just like The Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam & The Cold War, The Civil Rights Movement and so forth.... so they can learn and be better prepared for an ever changing world.

For Military Family members who have men and woman overseas seeing "Support our Troops" is the greatest comfort it means our Nation is not forgetting her fighting forces over seas. However I am sure your one of the dicks that have sign that says, "Support the Insurgence" instead. Thinking that blowing themselves up along with American troops and innocent people is a glory rally thing... *rolls eyes*

You have the right to rant like this because of those who fight for you and this country and because of those who have long ago been written in the page of history that fought for you. You owe your troops.

Those who are giving up pay, time with their family and those who are doing an extra tour in Iraq so that forces here can stay home and help deal with Katrina. You damn right you better be SUPPORTING YOUR TROOPS.

In Seattle a group Arrogant bastard beat up 2 returning soldiers, who thought like you. What good did that do?

In New Orleans they are being shot at by ignorant people not wanting to leave. In Iraq they are doing extra tours waiting and having that date be pushed back, because their relief is dealing with Katrina.

How can you whine about not supporting your troops when all they are trying to do is give back to this country?

Your Ignorance and lack of respect amazes me at times descent.

No, this isn't the kind of thing i'm gonna forget soon. But, I'm kind of sick of people saying "never forget!"....it's like...yeah this is kind of a big thing.

i agree with jlxc, where were all the "never forget" posters when 290,000 people died in south asia?!?

probably in the South Asia...

Just like we didn't post Never forget signs up for the Russians students who died in the hostage situation. but Russia did. Just like I don't expect people around the world to be fling up Never Forget signs for something that happened in America. However we as a country should not forget.
Also those 3,000 people died not of a natural disaster but of a terrorist attacked that shook the WHOLE world and silenced 3,000 people voices. People who were from all over the world. Britain, German, Japan, Canada and all together I think at least one person died from 30 different countries.
