...loose weight? and how fast? im sorry, my last question wasen't clear. i am 5'2 and 120 lbs. if i run a mile each day and bicycle 2 miles a day [ for 5days a week] along with a diet of 1100 calories since i want to get down to 110 lbs. and i stick to this diet/excersize. when will i see results?
 
depends on what you eat or if you start to eat more b/c you are burning calories and your body is *effective* at convincing you to replace those. i do 4-6 miles on the ski-machine & eliptical for a total of 6 day p/week 1 hr a day and weights machines in addition to that and i seem to gain some weight but i am eating steaks every night, and if i ate pasta and potatoes w/ my steak instead of a salad i could expect worse. so why do u think fitness *alone* can help u lose weight? better make SURE you don't change your diet 1 calorie up from when you started working out. you must ex more and eat less than when you started. believe me working out will not only make u hungrier, it will make u feel *justified* in eating more more and more!
