I have a picture of my husbands grandmother that was taken in the 60's or 70's and i had to retouch it because the photo was damaged. I went to get it reprinted and they wont let me. what can i do?
Thanks for some of the answers. The Photos were taken in Italy and in Argentina and i have no way of knowing if the people or places where the photos were taken are still there. My Husbands grandma passed and that's why I've retouched the photos. Its not like I'm trying to mas-produce the Photo I just want one to give to my mother in-law.
