to also replace the cranks? i am renovating my 89 raleigh technium, which i love and will NEVER stop riding. however, i would like to upgrade my transmission, but really don't want to trade out the cranks and bottom bracket if i don't have to. the frame has been stretched to accommodate a ten speed cassette, and the cranks are Sakae C.R.
