If I received a Financial Aid form from a college did I get accepted?

I got financial aid forms from Chapman University, but it didn't say whether or not I got accepted, can I assume I did? Should I wait for an actual letter? Do colleges sometimes send Financial Aid forms even if you didn't get accepted? I'm so fucking anxious, help!
 
Not necessarily. Call the admissions office and ask them. They will have it on record if you were accepted.
 
I highly doubt that they sent you a message by giving you a financial aid form...They most likely sent you one because awhile ago you might have requested information from them and they just keep sending stuff, they do it all the time. If you want to be on the safe side you could always call the school.
