If i push somebody, like in an altercation, can i be arrested/have charges pressed?

I don't have all the expert credentials like Billy Bob, However yes, you could get arrested and charged, but If you are a good looking female doing the pushing.....you are pretty much in the clear.....trust me! If you are a male and you push back, then, you are going to jail.......period.
