Wii Tennis for 2 hours
Wii Baseball for 30 minutes
Wii Boxing for 30 minutes
And I didn't just sit down and move my wrists, I was up and moving around. (my arms are sore)
I'm planning on doing this (almost) everyday during the summer, because hey, it's fun, and it's exercising.
