My boyfriend is in jail with a $75000 bond with 10%. Does that mean that if we pay the $7500 to the county or whatever, do we get the money back if he shows up to court?
I would not be paying a bail bondsmen because the court said we could pay 10%, so theres no use in using a bondsmen. But if i do pay it do i get the 7500 back after the trial?
