...138 from UST? i confirmed my slot and will probablt enroll to UST since the results of the UP Fine Arts talent test will be posted on April 30 and the enrollment of UST is on April 29. my question is pretty much stated above. i just want to know if i can get my form 138 back if ever i passed the talent test
