No, that is rather silly. If you want to lose weight and be healthy, try eating more raw foods (raw - like it was grown) especially fruits and vegetables. Get some good exercise also. If you're really interested it losing some weight you should learn how to combine foods (e.g. I think Susann Summers) so as not to gain excess bad fats. Sugar and caffeine will make you gain weight - think coffee, pop/sodas, most "fruit" juices, most ready made foods especially junk foods. Those foods that have sugar substitutes (splenda like stuff) is worse for you and so are butter substitutes. If you're going to get milk/butter type products either get the full fat or no fat, for some reason the reduced fat products are also bad for you.
